Hi there! We are a family of 3 with one large dog and will be moving out at the end of July. We have kept up with the cleaning in the 3 years we've lived here, but we still want a deep clean after all of our furniture is removed to make way for renters. In particular, the kitchen will need to be cleaned deeply: inside and behind refrigerator; between oven and countertops; inside oven; cabinets wiped down. The basement needs to be thoroughly swept, cobwebs removed, and any muddy dog prints removed. The bedrooms and bathroom are all very small. The home was renovated before we moved in and we've cleaned throughout the 3 years we've lived here. If you have a carpet cleaner, that would be great. There's carpet only in one bedroom and some coffee was spilled and we weren't able to remove it.

We just moved into a new home in Milwaukie. We're looking for regular cleaning every 2-4 weeks. Must be comfortable with our large (but super friendly!) dog. Our house is approximately 2100 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3. 5 bathrooms. The lower level is not used often (1 bed and 1 bath), so it may not need cleaning every time. There is very little carpeting - floors are mostly laminate and tile. Green cleaning products are preferable. Thank you!
