Our home is 3 bedrooms 2 baths. we have three boys ages 14, 11 and 8. we have a dog and a cat. We need help with cleaning, organizing and when we first move in, in June unpacking boxes. Also putting folded laundry away in drawers weekly and unpacking when we return from a trip. We're looking for someone who can be responsible, reliable and has own transportation. Also, someone who can pick up kids from school if needed and/or start dinner some evenings. To get to our home, you can park in the driveway. Our family includes a dog who is very friendly. she loves everyone and a cat who is very social.

Our current housekeeper is moving back to Colombia. We are seeking a FULL time housekeeper Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, 50 hours a week, Who can achieve the following task below. Being able to prepare simple meals & cook is a must along with assisting live-in nanny with our 2 little girls from time to time when needed. I have a 2 story house... master bedroom on first floor and really never use the upstairs as I rarely have house guests so... it basically would be cleaning my kitchen, living room, guest bathroom, master bedroom, changing linens... We have 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. I am currently pregnant and unable to clean shower, tub toilets. Need help with kitchen, dishes mopping wood floors, and vacuuming rooms and wiping baseboards. I do have some basic cleaning supplies. Also need help with the staircase spot cleaning (carpet) and mirror wipedowns.

I live in an Apartment with 2 bed/2baths . One bedroom is a guestroom with the bathroom. Only rarely used. What I would like to be done is once a week vacuuming and my bathroom plus the bathtub belonging to the guestroom. I don't use the shower in my bathroom. The kitchen just each time you come here and vacuum cleaning too. I have a little dog who sheds. She is very friendly, just needs attention:) Since I'm having a problem with my right foot right now, I can't stand or walk much, so I'd like some time to have a coffee/tee/water together and talk a little. Since I'm German and just live in the US for 8 years my English isn't perfect, so for better communication I would like someone with not too much of an accent so I would be able to understand you better.
