My mom is very picky about her house being perfect and Nelly follows her directions precisely so my mom is happy. She does laundry, cleans, and cooks for them every day. She also does errands and drives them if they need her to. She is always smiling and happy to help out. Since I'm having her come weekly, she can start the next time where she left off. Simone did a great job considering it was her first time here. I told her what my priorities were and that she can make her own schedule for when things need to be done.
