In class we focus on child and player development. your child will learn and develop basic motor skills, fundamental soccer skills, as well as life skills. Players will improve their technical and tactical knowledge of the game as they grow. Come fall in love with the sport of soccer and make friends for years to come in a creative, fun, relaxed and safe environment. For particularly shy children who were not able to translate school into a social circle a soccer team provides an instant set of companions, and a way to experiment with interaction in a safe and healthy environment. Soccer offers a sense of self-esteem and well being children can develop as they see their accomplishments grow.

Fun & Flips Class is a beginner level gymnastics class for athletes who love to flip! Athletes will work on form, strength, flexibility, and be introduced to basic skills and terminology. Fun & Flips will give athlete’s the strong foundation needed to obtain more difficult skills in a fun and engaging way. Athletes will be working on: Building strength & flexibility Gymnastics body positions and correct form Tumbl Trak - Jumps, Body Control, Proper landing positions, Beginner tumbling Vault - Running and jumping on the springboard, body positions Floor - Intro to forward rolls, backward rolls, handstand starters, and cartwheel starters Bars - Grip strength, Chin holds, L-holds, Front Supports & more! Here are the important details for the upcoming season: Practices: Thursdays from 5:00–6:00 PM at the Berto Center First Practice: This Thursday Season: Through December 17 No Practice: November 26 Tournaments: 6 one-day shootouts throughout the season First Game Weekend: Targeting September 12 Game Schedule: Our goal is to compete approximately every other weekend Season Fee: $999 Included With the Season Each player will receive: Two Hi-Five Travel uniforms Hi-Five practice jersey Hi-Five team T-shirt One team practice per week Six one-day tournament/shootout events Our goal with the Hi-Five Travel program is to provide players with a competitive experience while continuing to focus on skill development, teamwork, confidence, and having fun playing the game.
