This class is perfect for beginners or those with some gymnastics experience, focusing on building a strong foundation of essential skills! Tiny Twisters is an introductory gymnastics and movement class—perfect for children looking to build strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Young gymnasts will stretch their bodies, swing on the bars, develop core strength while walking on the balance beam, and jump on the trampoline.
