Enjoy fun-filled, creative summer camps filled with arts and crafts. Each week will have different projects! Our projects will include: creating a book of art over 5 days; painting a multi-step masterpiece; drawing landscapes, cartoons, and more; sculpting with wire, clay, and other materials. Our days will include two breaks to get out and be active and have your brought-from-home snacks. So come, bring a friend, make some new ones and enjoy our relaxed, creative environment, bringing home frame-worthy art and a keepsake book illustrated by your cutie pie.

Sign up for each week- we have a new curriculum each week! Kids will enjoy 4 hours of Art and Art related Activities! Day Camp is a drop off program & for ages 4 and older. Each day includes a variety of Cookies & Canvas event, One Day Workshop, OR Pottery Painting & Open Studio time. Most projects will go home same day. (If they have pottery painting that day, they will need to be picked up following week) Kids enjoy stations as well as several art projects during their 4 hours of fun at the Art Studio! Groups separated by age under K-4 grades, 5-8 grades. Bring peanut free sack lunch, snack & water bottle. Please dress for the weather- as we do take a walk in the neighborhood and eat in the garden on days when we can.

DRAGONS & UNICORNS Join us for an afternoon of art that is a little magical, a lot of hands on sculpting, and a ton of creativity! At this camp your child will create a magnet or pendant to look like the eye of a dragon. Sculptures will be made using polymer clay which is baked and cooled and then painted all at camp. ADVENTURE IN ARTHOUSE FOREST Join us for a morning of colorful and creative fun! At this camp your child will create a landscape of an aspen grove with bright fun colors using acrylic paint on canvas board. Your child will come home with a completed work of art. The Young Artist class at The Atelier School of Art is a one-hour session designed for kids ages 5-8. The Middle School Art class at The Atelier School of Art is a one-hour session for ages 11-13, designed to help students refine their artistic skills while exploring different mediums and techniques. This class covers drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture, with a focus on composition, perspective, shading, and color theory. Students are encouraged to develop their unique artistic voice while building a strong foundation in both traditional and contemporary art practices.

During this week campers get to enjoy a different ceramic and slime daily. Although there are options to take part in painting on canvas instead. ​ We know going home we so many slimes and ceramics can be overwhelming - so we have you covered. From fluffy slime to glow in the dark and snow slime - we will keep the campers day filled with exciting activities!

During drawing and painting, your child will learn the basics of drawing and painting. Our intermediate and advanced students will build upon previous skills and work on longer-term projects.

Art camp is taught by certified teachers, so your child will be having fun while being creative and learning (yes, we sneak it in painlessly) in a safe environment run by individuals who have been trained to work with children and have a Master's degree in education. Ms. Kampson is a tenured art teacher in North Babylon School District, Ms. Katelyn is a certified art teacher at Bayshore High school, and Ms. Riesa is the owner of Key to My Art - a NYS certified teacher and licensed art therapist! Camp will last 2 hours. Your child may bring a light snack and a water bottle. Try to avoid sending your child with any food that contains peanuts - but if you do, please notify the instructor. Book 10 or more days and save 10%, making 2 hours just $40 (less than a babysitter!) Monday - Mixed Media (mixture of different supplies - collages, drawing/painting, glue, scissors, oil pastels, etc) Tuesday - Anything Goes! (Surprise media - may be anything from crafty projects to canvas painting.) Wednesday - Drawing (pencils, crayons, markers, pastels, etc) Thursday - Painting (watercolor, acrylic, etc) Please make sure you read through all of our agreements before checking out.
