Our five senses allow us to enjoy the world around us -- the taste of our food, the sound of music, the beauty of a sunrise, the softness of a cat's fur, and the fragrance of a rose. Children may recognize the importance of their senses, but they don't often focus on them individually. Senses send information collected to various parts of the brain. We will explore how our five senses work and why they are so important to the human experience.

Camper Requirements: To ensure a positive experience for all, campers must be at least 4 years old. We understand that children develop at their own pace. If you have questions about whether this "age range" camp is the right fit for your child, please email us at info@stemful-sf.com to discuss. Curriculum & Video Use: Our curriculum occasionally incorporates short video clips (3-6 minutes long, maximum of two per day) to illustrate experiments, demonstrate concepts, or reinforce learning. What to Pack (Snack, Lunch, Drinks): Please pack a daily snack, lunch, and drink for your child. To help us be more eco-friendly and reduce landfill waste, we strongly encourage the use of reusable containers. We strongly recommend labeling all belongings with your child's name. Extended Care (Precare & Aftercare until 4:00pm): We offer flexible pre-care and aftercare options: Precare: Can be added up to one day before camp. Aftercare: Can be added on the day of camp. Please email info@stemful-sf.com to arrange. Snacks are provided for aftercare.
