When school is out, come Flip Out! Join us for an active day of gymnastics, dance, arts & crafts, strength, flexibility, & more! Bring a nutritious snack, packed lunch, & water bottle labelled with your child's name. Dress code: leotard or form fitting clothes that they can easily move around in - no shoes or socks required!

Please review our Camp Checklist: 1. Healthy snack and lunch (Our Full Day Campers work really hard, please send them with a snack and a lunch to keep them going!) **In order to keep all of our campers safe, we ask that you do not pack any snacks or lunch items that contain peanuts or peanut butter** 2. Lunchbox labelled with student's name 3. Reusable water bottle labelled with student's name 4. Bathing suit or clothes they can get wet in! (Weather permitting!) 5. Sneakers 6. Water shoes 7. Towel & Sunscreen *Please label all of your child's belongings!* Refunds/Make Ups: No Make Ups or Refunds will be issued for missed, or cancelled camp days this year. Please email to reschedule your camp day if needed. Rescheduling a camp day is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Dresscode: Leotard or form fitting shorts/pants and a tucked in top Long hair must be pulled back before class Water bottle labelled with athlete’s name Shoes and socks must be removed before class begins Please no jewelry, skirts, dresses, or tights
