Intermediate (age 7+)

Focusing on composition, color theory, and values, this class allows students to experiment with various medium techniques, including clay, watercolor, mixed media, acrylic, and tempera. 90 minutes. Ages 7-9. THIS WEEK: Get ready to sculpt a festive feast, because this week we’re crafting a cornucopia! Focusing on detail and the clay coil technique, students will mold a delicious splendor of this season's harvest in miniature. After immersing themselves in the tactile world of 3D modeling, they’ll top off their creations with color to really bring it to life and leave with an overflowing cornucopia.
