Initially I began with metal influences, but shortly after branched our into anything from acoustic fingerpicking to experimental rock. Being self taught, I am able to connect with my students in a more real and understandable way than just mindlessly handing scales to practice. I began teaching when I was still at an intermediate level and still experienced success with others, but now feel like nothing is too big of a challenge as far as teaching goes. I am very easygoing and communicative with my students to ensure that they achieve THEIR goals.
