Andrew's Music Lessons (Guitar)

Years of Experience: 7 Location Options: In Studio, In Home Travel Radius: 25 Genres: Rock, Acoustic, Christian Age Groups: Children, Young Adult Instruments Taught: Guitar Lessons Overview: I have been playing guitar for about 7 years now. I currently enjoy listening to hard rock and some people that influence me are Clint Lowery, John Connolly, Anthony Armstrong, Mark Tremonti and Tom Morello. When I taught my father in-law how to play guitar, I started with the basics. I taught him the basic chords first, and then I taught him some scales, and then I moved on to teaching power chords. I can also teach how to read guitar notes and guitar tabs and some ear training (for tuning mostly). Formal Education: I am currently attending Northwest Vista College in San Antonio, Texas for Music Production. Private Education: I took some guitar lessons around the age of 17 in my home town, Lake City, Michigan. Experience Teaching: I would be a beginner teacher. I have taught my father in-law and a close friend how to play guitar.
