I have been playing music for 12 years. My musical influences include artists from all different genres! I love to play rock, metal, blues, alternative, hip-hop and contemporary worship! My teaching style can best be described as fun, energetic, and song driven. I like to teach songs and allow my students to learn different concepts from those songs while also learning how to play within the context of a band. My favorite thing about teaching is watching somebody finally understand and comprehend something I'm teaching. Seeing them light up once they've "finally got it," is what I get the most fulfillment from. My goal as a teacher is to always inspire and leave people better off than when they started.
