My initial booking needed to be reschedule since I was sick and in able to make the online lessons. I reschedule through the page and emailed the instructor separately. New date was confirmed but my instructor never showed up to the online class. Then had to reschedule it again for today at 6pm confirmed by the same instructor again and she never showed up to the class again without a notification. I need my money back.
