I also remember how great it felt when things began to click and I started to perform capably. I only got to that point because of the passionate instructors I had. I want to pass along whatI have learned, and help others achieve their musical goals.I'm very excited about being an instructor. Formal Education: High School Diploma, 1 year of music theory studies at Columbia College of Chicago Private Education: 5 years private tutoring in upright bass and bass guitar Performing Experience: I started playing in my school orchestra in 4th grade and continued to play upright bass through middle and high school.I participated in 2 high school theater productions as a member of the pit orchestra.I have also traveled to New York and Philadelphia with my school orchestra. I have been playing bass guitar for over 8 years. My band began performing professionally in 2010. Since then we have released a record on an England-based label and completed a national tour spanning 13 major cities.
