Before settling on singing and playing the piano, he dabbled on cello for eight years, oboe for five, saxophones, recorders, the guitar, the ukelele...Okay, so calling it "before settling on" is a little inaccurate. He loves to play any instrument he can get his hands on, and will always play it until he can at least play a full Dave Matthews song. After graduating from University of Miami's Frost School of Music with a Bachelor's of Music in Musical Theater, he moved to his hometown of Seattle, where he lived and worked for three years, as a performer, composer, teacher, and music director. Early on in 2014, he decided it was time for a change of scene, and a couple months later, officially moved his base of operations to New York City. He's excited for this next phase of his life.
