Will has been studying music since the age of six when he was first introduced to piano by his parents. When he was 8, he began formally studying the drums and guitar as well. He has been studying classical piano and music theory for over 14 years. Will has grown up in a very musical family that started a family band where he was the drummer at just 10 years old. Since then, Will has been a part of multiple ensembles where he has played classical piano and keyboard, jazz and rock drums, acoustic folk guitar, and rock and pop electric guitar. Will began teaching children music while in high school at Ramblin' Rhodes Music School. Will loves song writing, and creating and producing authentic music that speaks to and expresses from the soul. He has just released his first official album called "brown" that is available on all streaming platforms. Will loves teaching children and is all about making music fun, accessible, and simple to learn. Will loves to encourage and guide musicians at any age and level to begin songwriting and performing in an authentic way. Will keeps his lessons both fun and educational that is always in an atmosphere that is light and comforting. Private Education: Will has been studying classical piano and music theory for over 14 years and has been studying drumset and guitar for over 10 years. He has received private lessons from talented and successful musicians such as professional pianist and certified teacher Kinuyo Engelbrecht and professional drummer Asoka Thompson and has achieved a Level 14 education in Music Theory. Performing Experience: Will has performed in various bands and recitals throughout his musical career. Since the age of 6, he has participated in a myriad of recital performances including piano competitions.
