Private Full Hour Piano Lessons with Rebecca (In Studio)

Her most influential piano teacher was Enrique Azpetia. Though her instruction with him was to be for a brief period, his talent for all genres of music left a great impression on her. She studied violin under James Angerstein and was a member of the first El Paso Youth Symphony Orchestra in 1995, under the direction of Maestro Abraham Chavez. After a move to Greenville, South Carolina, she began playing with the Greenville Youth Symphony, and Chamber Orchestra and attended music retreats at the famed Brevard Music Center in North Carolina. Beyond being inspired by Michael Jackson, she has studied and is greatly influenced by master performers from Vladimir Horowitz, Sergei Rachmaninoff, and Arthur Rubenstein, to Jascha Heifetz, Itzhak Perlman, and Hillary Hahn. She has a passion for music of the Romantic period and adores Frédéric Chopin and Ludwig van Beethoven. Music education and mastery is something she believes is deeply fulfilling and never-ending. She thrives in the challenges it brings and the perfection it demands.
