Flippin’ Advanced 1 is the ultimate gymnastics experience for athletes who showcase exceptional performance in class. Designed for those striving to become advanced gymnasts, this class offers a fun and challenging journey through developmental gymnastics, focusing on strength, flexibility, and technique. Our program follows a progressive curriculum to ensure every athlete develops the core skills needed to excel in gymnastics. In Flippin’ Advanced 1, athletes will work on: Building strength & flexibility for advanced gymnastics skills Mastering essential body positions and proper form: Tumbl Trak: Jumps, combos, tumbling, and landing techniques Vault: Running drills, springboard jumps, and vault body positions Floor: Back/front walkovers, leaps, and more Bars: Grip strength, pullovers, front supports, glides, casts, and back hip circles Beam: Routines, cartwheels, rolls, handstands, turns, and dismounts Ropes & Rings: Climbing, tuck/L-holds, grip strength, and more!

Make Up Policy Email registration@flipoutproductions.com to schedule your make up class We allow 3 make up classes per session. Make up classes MUST be completed before the last day of the session - they do not carry over to the next session. Make up classes are non-transferable, and non-refundable Refund Policy There are no refunds or credits for cancellations or missed classes. Email to schedule a make up class or reschedule your session to a different day and time. Rescheduling is based upon class availability and not guaranteed. Dresscode: Leotard or form fitting shorts/pants and a tucked in top Long hair must be pulled back before class Water bottle labelled with athlete’s name Shoes and socks must be removed before class begins Please no jewelry, skirts, dresses, or tights Covid-19 Shutdown Updates In an event of a shutdown - classes will go virtual on Zoom Missed classes due to a COVID-19 shutdown are non-transferable, and non-refundable No credits will be given due to a COVID-19 shutdown
