Our son goes down for naps easily and is a good eater. He is also showing interest in using his potty, so support and encouragement in this area would be helpful. He is in speech therapy, so we hope for a caregiver who will help with some basic tactics to encourage language development.
Mom works a part time schedule at somewhat varying daytime hours, and Dad works from home, though often offices at nearby coffee shops. We have two mild-mannered kitties and a medium-sized dog who loves everyone but the mailman. Our ideal caregiver: Our ideal caregiver would be a balance of fun and cautious with a little boy who will turn 2 on June 3rd. He loves to read books, be outside, and stack blocks. Light housework, nearby outings to a park, and being ok with one parent working in the home are important. This position would be ongoing until our son is admitted to the right daycare. After that, we hope that this individual would continue in our son's life as a regular sitter for some evenings and weekends. Additional needs include pick up / drop off, light housekeeping, meal prep, having a reliable car and being comfortable with pets. Looking for a caregiver for my 2-year-old son. Flexible start date. My schedule may vary.
