Hello, my name is Kyra. I am 23 years old. I have experience as a Teacher at a Preschool and I am CPR certified. I taught a classroom of 11 2-year-olds. In my classroom we learned through play. I have been trained to teach young children fundamental language, cognitive, social/emotional, physical skills through play and I understand that children feed off of praise and attention, so in this way, I have been trained to teach young children fundamental language, cognitive, social/emotional, physical skills through play and art. Although I am no longer a teacher, I still love children, I love helping them grow and learn. I understand that my role as a nanny/babysitter has an impact on your child, as all things do at such an early age, and I'll do my absolute best to play a positive, patient, nurturing, happy role in your child's life. **PLEASE NOTE** Despite the lack of reviews, I do have experience as a nanny/Mother's helper. Please message me if you would like a list of references.

Kyra worked for me for about 6 months during the hardest time of my life: the end of a difficult pregnancy that had me mostly confined to bed or the couch, while my older child was about 18months. I don't know what my family would have done without her! While I was pregnant, Kyra did everything I couldn't do: daily caring for my toddler, cleaning/tidying, grocery shopping, exercising my dog, re-organizing closets and drawers, sending out Christmas cards, wrapping gifts, and running errands. Once the baby was born, she even spent a weekend as our night nurse so I could get some much-needed sleep. She continued to help us with both children until we moved to Colorado. Kyra is so playful, silly, creative, and full of energy, she is the perfect playmate for a toddler. But with my newborn, she was calm, soothing, careful, and so loving. She has a real gift for children and babies. She is also a total pleasure to be around, as she is deeply caring, clever, inquisitive, and genuine. Shortly after the baby was born, we moved away, and we all miss Kyra a lot! I can recommend her most highly, and promise you'll be lucky to have her.
