Juana was great with my kids and they totally adored her. She has great care taking abilities, she’s patient, caring, loving and respectful. She will make big efforts to make sure your household rules and routines are respected and kept. When she was spending time with the kids she always seemed was present and engaged while keeping their well being as a priority. Since she’s bilingual my little one’s even learned some Spanish. We had a great experience with her and even tho she no longer works with us she sometimes swings by to see the kids and spend some time with them and they love it.
