Seeds To Grow Childcare

18065 Chris Crossing Reva, VA

< 1 mi

Seeds to Grow Childcare offers a home based childcare program in a country setting, located in Reva, VA. My program is one that focuses on learning through play, exploration, and discovery, much of which takes place outdoors, utilizing a high scope approach to learning and activities. I also use a conscious discipline in our environment which focuses on safety, connection, and problem-solving. I've personally been in your shoes before and know all of the emotions that run through you when choosing childcare that is the right fit for your family. My official hours of operation are 6:30AM to 6:30PM, Monday through Friday. If your work schedule requires care outside of those hours, please give me a call to see if I can accommodate your needs. I have an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education and am certified in CPR/First Aid.

I now have openings for all ages! I've been providing childcare in my home for over 15 years. I'm a previous CNA, a mother of 4 (only 2 are still at home), and have over 30 years experience in childcare. I maintain a fun, loving and safe environment for children. Our day is not regimental or on a strict schedule, especially through the summer, but we like to keep busy with outdoor play, arts and crafts, books, games and toys. I have a swing set, sand box, basketball hoop, trampoline (with safety net). Children are supervised at all times! I also provide nutritious meals and snacks. I am dependable and strive to be as flexible as possible with parents work schedule. I look forward to hearing from you.
