$15 – 20/hr
Mother's helper / nanny for our busy family of soon to be three sweet little ladies (4yr, 2yr, 8 week).
Starting first week in June 2019. Lasting through Summer of 2020 (16 months) if possible however we are also open to candidates that can only do this summer we just need to know that up front.
Needed three full days per week:
-Monday -Wednesday OR
-Tuesday - Thursday
-7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
-$15 / hr
-4-year-old girl: loves to create (anything arts / crafts), music, dress up, read, play outside. Very busy and sets the pace. Also a little helper with her sister(s). Planning for her to start DK in the fall so she will catch the bus and be dropped back off to our house leaving just the younger two to care for during the day.
-2-year-old girl: likes all the same things as older sister and main mission is to keep up with her! Not potty trained yet but could be by June. Very verbal and clearly communicates her wants / needs, etc.
-2-month-old baby girl: expect March 31. Our other two have been sleep trained and pretty predictable once their routines were established so that is the goal again with this one however she will be about 8 weeks old around the start date so experience with babies preferred.
-outside play (minimum of 1 hr / day) but during the summer the older two prefer to be outside most of the day!
-creative / educational / musical play and nurturing of little minds and hearts.
-outings and adventures! Going to the library, a park, the zoo, for a hike / bike are all welcomed activities.
-meal planning and prepping for kids. I will obtain all groceries but if you can help plan and prepare that will be extremely helpful. If you're not into planning I can do that but I'd prefer to give you some creative range and freedom with the food you will be feeding kids.
-light housework, experience with toy rotation / organization systems would be wonderful! We believe in teaching kids to clean up and help around the house so this shouldn't be all on you but you'll need to feel comfortable taking the lead and motivating the "troops". Sweeping the floor after meals, wiping up counters and floors as needed, loading / unloading dishwasher, running a load of laundry, folding laundry, putting toys away, help with sorting, organizing and roatating toys would greatly help me maintain my sanity!
