Hello! I am looking for reliable care for my son. He is 4 years old with special needs. I need someone who is comfortable with the level of care he needs and someone who can stay calm in the case of an emergency. My son T goes to school M-Th so I would need care for him until he boards the bus around 12:20. Since he is not in school on Fridays I would need care for him for the full duration of my work day. We do live with my parents. My mother works from inside the home and has been t's care giver since we moved in but balancing work and care has deemed itself to be too much.
