Our Child Care Center consists of a classroom for 2-and 3-year-olds, one for 4-and 5-year olds (not yet in school), and an after school/ all day non-school day care for K-8th grade, with each age level having outdoor, age/size appropriate playground andplay equipment. Preschool care is available full day/ full year from 7:30-5:30pm, including 2 healthy meals and snacks. After School Care is also available year round, from after school to 5:30 including healthy snacks, and full day for non-school days, includes 2 healthy meals and snacks. All programs provide opportunities for physical, social, emotional and cognitive learning experiences. Participants gain a sense of self-confidence, achievement, building friendships skills, mental health support, and belonging, while parents have peace of mind knowing that their child is in a safe and enriching environment. Preschool classes use “Creative Curriculum”, a program utilized by 60+ Southern California YMCA’s, plus music, art, physical activities, social skills and integrating cultural activities. Our After School Care provides homework/ project time and assistance, physical activities and games, plus leadership and anti-bullying skills.
