From my previous 10 years ofexperience, my responsibilities have ranged from part-time sitting to full-time care. I have been responsible for transporting children to and from school; preparing healthy food, snacks and drinks for them; engaging them in play and learning; as well as helping them with hygiene and cleanliness.
In the case of infants, I have changed diapers. I have encouraged and taught children under my care to focus and complete their homework as a high priority, and to teach them methods of motivation. I have also given them time to express themselves in areas like drawing, painting, dancing, singing, and crafts. I prepared their bed and read them books before they go to sleep.
