I'm going to keep this probably as respectful as I can, This is probably the worst company to work for. I worked for this company for exactly 1 month.
-They are not willing to work with your schedule, only the clients.
- They offer training but do not give it to you, even if you ask !!
-what they don't tell you about " Bonus Pay For Driving" that you pay for your own gas for 15miles and anything after that they pay (never do)
- they tell you they give you a company badge & never give you one
- they send you to clients houses with no training!! I can not express this one enough!!! I was in someone's house and had no idea what to do!
- there are no opportunities for growth.
- they can not ensure your safety AT ALL!!
- probably the rudest employees ever, they constantly twist there words and say " I never said that"
- I've had friends apply to this company and they have been out of work for 3 weeks - 1 + months waiting for this company to give them a client case.
I would not recommend this company to anyone !!!! They are lying to you on their job postings and website!!

Im going keep my comment as respectful as I can But this is literally the WORST company that I have ever worked for in my 24 years of living . This company scams , lies and backstabs their own employees. TALK about there own employees to other employees Let me tell you they do NOT train anyone I applied for this job and got hired on the spot and the next day I was working & they Knew I had no experience at all ! when I was supposed be trained and was NOT , for 2 I had no drivers license and told the owners over and over and stilll made me drive clients around , they have lied over and over not paying there employees there full paychecks . Lied to many of the clients about their workers being vaccinated when they weren't, putting these individuals at RISK !! they will hire anyone off the street and send them to your family's homes they have sent there own daughter in as a case worker to check on clients!! even if the client was not pleased with services ,They have there "case worker " to back them up ..these people are just money hungry and do not genuinely care about your family's .AT ALL .there's so much more that I can say.. please think TWICE before calling these fools they have absolutely no Idea what they are doing .

I worked here and let me tell you the website is absolutely lying to you. I had no training whatsoever and wasn't even CPR certified to get the job or needed to get it. They hired me on the spot then 2 days later called me to go to a clients house all alone without anyone or any training of any kind. They didn't even provide a work badge. They didn't pay me the extra time I had to stay at a clients house. They also didn't reimburse me for the miles that I drove while on the job. When asked about it the boss told me, that all of this lady's errands were 5 mins away not knowing I already went on 3 errands 20 minutes away. I did this multiple times. It is illegal to not pay someone miles they drive on the job. They could get in trouble for lots of things they do. Not to mention the lady I cared for asked how much I made, I didn't tell her because I wasn't allowed to but she told me that the company said we get paid $18 an hour. Yeah, well that's a lie I don't know why they would say that. There is so much wrong with this place. I wouldn't trust them to take care of your family in my opinion if they hire anyone off the street, especially not being trained.

U-turn Health provided my father with excellent care. Their Caregivers are well trained, on time, and have compassion. Our care coordinator Doris was so knowledgeable and had a wonderful disposition. They go the extra mile and really care about the well being of their clients.
