Is there a lower rating I could give? Unprofessional, non communicating.with clients or workers, don't pay their workers, rude, and any other negative I could give. In the beginning I thought they seemed professional, but that was just to get the business, after that you can forget about it. I wouldn't recommend them to take care of a dog.....a dog deserves better.

My mom was a client of theirs and although the owner/administrator seemed professional at first, that's definitely not the case. I think that they hire anyone looking to work. I've heard they don't pay on time and the communication isn't great at all. The first young woman they sent was HORRIBLE! The 2nd was great but they ended up firing her for checking on her daughter! So I'm assuming she doesn't have kids. I told them that I wanted this woman to work with my mom because my mom LOVED her. She was professional, sweet and really took good care of my mom. I hate that as a small business they aren't doing their absolute best especially dealing with elderly people. You have to have heart to be in this business and so do your employees. Period!

My mother has been with Rosie Mae for over three years the care that she gets is outstanding
Their staff is always professional and always ready to help anyway that they can
I don't know how we could get through these problems with my mother without the care from Rosie Mae If you're looking for a place to care for a love one Rosie Mae is a place I would recommend
