My mother was on being cared for by Emine, the main caregiver who helped her for about 3 years before she passed away last year. I cannot overemphasize how sweet, kind, loving, compassionate, understanding, reliable, helpful and professional this caregiver was! I commend Novelty home care for providing us with such great help. The office was always readily available to resolve any minor issues which may have arisen, and for that I was extremely grateful. They were friendly and very easy to talk to. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely still employ the services of Novelty home care.

I have been a client of this agency since 2008, and I must say I am very pleased with their service. I have had the same 2 caregivers from the very beginning, and they are like family to me. They are so personable, attentive, and reliable and I love having them around. I really appreciate the consistency and highly recommends this agency.

Novelty Home Care has been taking care of my wife who had a stroke and is practically bedridden, for the last 5 years. We were previously on service with other agencies but were not impressed with their caregivers. So far my wife and I are very happy with the service that the caregivers at Novelty offer. My wife doesn't like changes, and I'm pleased to say that we have had the same full-time caregiver from Novelty for all of the 5 years. We really appreciate the consistency, punctuality, reliability, professionalism, and loving care that my wife's caregiver demonstrates. I would recommend this agency to anyone who needs help at home. I give them 5 stars because, more than anything, the people in charge are proactive and prompt.
