Highly discourage Noah's Ark Daycare. My son was there for a year and there seemed to be constant issues. He is dairy intolerant, yet because of a lack of supervision, he was given dairy on two different occasions. The Directors excuse for the concerns I presented were "They're new I'm working with them or they're young they don't know" talking about her staff. Good thing it was an allergy that wasn't life threatening.
One time I picked my son up and he had a blow out and the lady in the nursery said "Did he poop sorry I have a stuffy nose and couldn't smell anything" The final straw was picking up my son on a Friday at 4 his left eye was glued shut from gunk, his right eye gunky as well and snot all over his face. This was after numerous requests to the Director Assistant to have the staff wipe my sons face and nose when he's dirty. The log sheet they give u to tell u when the child is fed, changed, and slept last indicated my son had not been changed from 11:00-3:25pm. When the director was contacted (I was furious and used profanity not directed AT her just in the situation itself, which I apologized for) her excuse was "I hear ur concerns but what do u want me to do right now? Go back to the office and call the girls. I work 50-60hours a week"
We had a meeting with them Monday morning and they un-enrolled my son based off of their personal feelings (the language used in the convo on Friday) with no regard to how our son was neglected in their care. The one thing you look for in a daycare is CARE and SUPERVISION over your child. I'm telling you, the people running this daycare are not solution oriented and their turn over rate with staff seems constant.
