They have an undisclosed policy to only fix air conditioning after hours or on weekends IF you have a documented medical condition on file. You only find out at the time you call you needed documentation Not Before that. This is true. I just had this issue. I found out the hard way. I swear this is true, I have correspondence to prove its true. Just be aware of this for your safety.
