We love Razia's daycare! We came to know Razia since we live in the same neighborhood and can always hear the laughter from her house. We talked to some parents during the pickup/ drop off time and got positive feedback, and toured the place and liked the vibe from her staff and the little munchkins, so we decided to send our son to Razia since he was 1.5 years old. It has been a lovely ride for 2 years now.
Razia is a great cook, a methodological teacher, and above all a loving caregiver. I love that other than providing care to the kids, she also takes the time to teach them good manners as if the were her own. With her experience, she also recommends things we as first time parents should work on but haven't thought about yet ( potty training, writing, etc).
We would be sending our second child here soon and look forward to the experience he would have with his Razia aunty.

We started at Razia's when our daughter, Navleen, was 11 months old. We found out about her from a friend and we are glad we made that decision. She warmly welcomed us into her little family of munchkins.

With Razia, we've never had to worry about the safety and growth of our child. She is very particular about both. While there are many good things about her daycare, a few that I particularly liked are:

a) She genuinely cares for kids. It's much more than just a job for her. You'll know what I mean when you meet her.
b) She makes fresh food for kids every single day.
c) Be it letters or manners, learning at Razia's is always on.
d) We get regular updates on our baby's growth and development.
e) She never shied away from providing us enough material and guidance whenever we needed help.

To any parent who is looking for a great daycare in and around the Sunnyvale/Cupertino area, I would highly recommend Razia's.

Our son started at Razia's when he was just 9 months old. He is 4 now and it truly is a second home for him. For a year he has been joined by a little sister (started when she was 7 months) and he loves seeing his aunty and friends daily. Both our kids love Razia's cooking - and I personally love that the environment is so diverse! i've been sending my little one here for about 3 years, and i can't say i've ever seen such a warm environment anywhere else. Razia is such a great 2nd mom to the little ones. My child had some problems with eating, but Razia has since improved my munchkin's eating habits. Razia really cares for the kids and treats them like her own. My second child will soon be starting daycare as well, and i can't imagine him going anywhere else.

My kid started Razia's Daycare when he was 10 months and now he is 2 years old. I am so happy that we found this place. It's like his second home and we can see that he really enjoys his time there playing and learning new things. Razia has a lot of experience with kids and always helps us understand our kid's behavior and how we can handle it. She pays special attention to each and every kid, I still remember when my kid got sick, she made him special food which he enjoys. As a mother I feel relieved sending my kid there.

Our son started at Razia's day care about an year ago at the age of 1.5yrs. We have really been happy with our decision as Razia offers exactly the kind of care that puts us at ease. We feel very relieved that our kid is in good hands while we work and that she will take care of him in the best possible way. She offers individual attention to all kids, adapts to any particular needs or habits kids may have and provides them a very homely atmosphere in her lovely home. She plans the day so that their is a good balance of fun activities, free play time, reading time, meal time and nap times and makes sure to stick to same schedule everyday which is very important at this young age. My son looks forward to going to her day care everyday and especially enjoys dancing time with his friends. She offers a variety of meals to kids throughout the week and makes sure to offer a healthy portion of veggies, protein and carbs. I am grateful to her for putting all her efforts into taking care of these kids and also appreciate the fact that she is very receptive to any feedback we provide. Would definitely recommend Razia's day care to anyone interested!

TL;DR: Our family is fortunate/blessed to have Razia's love, care and attention to detail in helping to raise our daughter. She took Naomi in at 4 months and provided care for Naomi's special needs (digestive issues) and peace of mind for us as parents. From her cooking organic meals, teaching and development, and home care it truly feels like we are an extended family raising our ever curious child. Our story:
When we started our childcare search, our daughter was almost 3 months old and we were woefully unprepared for how difficult it could be to find a good caregiver close to our home. We researched so many options before we found ourselves sitting on Razia's couch drinking tea and sharing about our families, cultures, and philosophies on raising children. Immediately our minds/hearts were put at ease. Our daughter is provided with healthy meals (breakfast and lunch), thoughtful games, learning lessons and the day is capped with an hour long dance sessions (which we've shamelessly joined with our dated dance moves feeling free of judgment :) ). I can't tell you how our day is brightened when the pictures, videos and updates are provided, which makes us feel like we are there with everyone throughout the day. Razia does not care for children as her job, but because she was truly called to do so. Her love for each child that walks through the door is immediately obvious. She has the best assistants too. Together they are the dream team! Each week our child comes home her learning has exponentially increased. At 2, Razia has taught her the alphabet, how to count to 100, numerous songs, and has helped us advance her communication even farther. With our own families living on the east coast, it truly feels we have a community here now with Razia's care and the other attending kid's families. What we are trying to express in writing this review, we want you to experience the same love, the same care, and the same security in caring for your child that we have enjoyed for the past 2 years.

My son started Razia's care when he was seven months old. She is very good in taking care of kids. She makes delicious food for kids. Kids love her food. My kid use to enjoy his time in daycare. I don't need to worry at work, if he eats well or is he doing okay or not. She gives individual attention to each kid which is necessary when kids are infants or todler. She taught him sign language which he still loves to do though he is todler and can speak. She teaches nursary rhymes, story time, circle time and kids activities. As we moved to another location my son had to leave Razia's care. I highly recommended her care. My kid still miss her.

Our little A has been going to Razia's daycare for the last 2.5 years and she has absolutely enjoyed her time there. I really like the homely, genuine care and affection Razia shows to each of the kids right from greeting each one at the door to making sure the end of the day routine is set happily at pick up time with clear communication on how the day went, what was served and how the child did. I highly commend her efforts in having a great rotating menu for breakfast, lunch and snacks/ fruit that she serves the children, always going the extra mile to make sure that they are eating well and giving updates when needed. She was also extremely supportive when we started potty training lil A early on. She has kept the place very bright, clean and airy with plenty of room for the kids to move around, a spacious backyard for different activities which gives them good outdoor time as well. She has introduced them to quite a few activities from drawing, writing, basic counting skills and so on. I love the bond that has formed with the kids as a whole bunch as it is such a treat to see them all want to stay on together! We're so happy to have found someone who loves our lil girl and takes good care of her through the day!

Our son has been going to Razia's home-based day since he was 1 year old (he's two now) and we have had the best experience we could ever hope for. Razia is extremely loving with all the kids and takes care of them like family. She is very involved with all aspects of their well being and development - eating well, playing, social interaction and learning age appropriate skills. She provides regular updates on their overall progress and also goes out of her way to work 1:1 with kids and parents on growth and development milestones. And like so many people have already mentioned here, Razia makes very delicious, healthy, fresh, home cooked meals everyday for the kid! Our son put on much more weight after starting to go to Razia's house than when he was home! Her house is very nice, and perfect for the kids, with lots of fun toys for playtime and a big backyard for outdoor play.

We could not ask for a better place for our son. Razia's house is truly a home away from home. We send our son to the day care everyday with peace that he is getting the best possible care and attention possible. We wish we had found Razia for our older son as well.

All in all, we are extremely happy with the care she provides our toddler and will highly recommend her to all families. There is seriously no other better place your can find for your kids.

Razia'a daycare is a home away from home for my son who has been going there since he was 5 & 1/2 months old. When we moved to the bay area a year ago, we toured a lot of daycares (home-based and centers) and didn't like what we saw but when we visited Razia, in an instance we were sure that she has all that it needs to keep my son happy and contribute to his growth and development. Throughout the one year that we have been with Razia she has been like a second mother to my son and I am rest assured that he is going to be cared for just like I would do it at home. Moreover, Razia is very knowledgeable about age appropriate activities and routine changes that kids go through at every stage. She not only guides the kids from being infants through their toddler years but also guides parents as to what should be done to make the child get an all round development. Although he is cared for just like home, my son has learned to be social, share and respect other kids being at Razia's daycare. Razia also provides delicious and healthy organic meals and snacks to the kids so the mother's biggest worry is put to rest. The most stressful task of feeding my son is taken care by Razia and I am very happy about his appetite. She also provides daily updates on kids and daily menu which is freshly made everyday by her. I couldn't have asked for a better care provider for my son.

She is one of the sweetest lady I have ever met! She is supper nice and very much involved with kids. I feel very safe leaving my kids with her. Her house is very clean and the thing that satisfies me is that she provides fresh cooked homemade food to her day care children! I would definitely recommend her! This is my second review for Razia's Daycare. I am giving another review because I sent my second baby daughter to Razia for a year(6mt-18mt). I would have continued to send my daughter to Razia but she moved to a different location and it was a little out of the way for us. Razia took excellent care of my little one. She taught her signs so that she could communicate with us. She took care of her meals. She taught her how to eat independently but also fed her when she needed it. She cut her hair and nails whenever necessary. She combed her hair everyday and did different hairstyles. Bought her matching clips, hairbands and bangles. She took her to the park and library. She took care of her as if she was her own. I could not have asked for more. Don't be surprised if I confess that I had my second one knowing that Razia would help me with her due the excellent care she had already provided to my first boy. I was so excited when she became available to take care of my daughter too. I miss her a lot and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Razia has helped me look after my two boys. She has been a wonderful person to be around. She is a great cook too. I have fully depended on her while I was at work.

Razia came to my rescue at a time when I had to almost give up my job to take care of my baby. We had put him in a day care and he was sick for a whole month and we had to pull him out. My toddler started with her in November 2012 and I have to admit that he is a handful. But she does a great job with him. She has been teaching him parts of the body and she is pretty persistent. She takes care of his food and that gives me a lot of relief as I don't have to worry about packing his food. I mention this because my son his highly allergic and she has to take special care to see that she does not react to anything. If needed, she also would have to use an epipen and she was okay with that. She is also very flexible with timings which you would not get at other care centers. And the icing on the cake, her house is sparkling clean at all times. Believe me when I say that it is no less than a miracle as my son is very messy and we have a hard time cleaning up after him. We just want to thank Razia for taking good care of our son for almost 9.5 hours everyday and we really believe she is a godsend for us.

Razia is great!!! She replied to my messages within a few hours, she was very warm, and willing to help us with our needs. I have never asked anyone to watch my son before, other than close family members, and Razia made us feel extremely comfortable and at ease with the whole process. She is excellent with children and such a nice person. I plan on hiring her again in the future. Thank you Razia!

Razia is very nice. She watched my children for a week while we were sorting out my husband's new job. We ended up working out a different arrangement (I found a job closer to home), but I would hire her in a heartbeat. Very warm, motherly, and sweet with the children she cares for!

Razia worked for us helping take care of our 3 kids -- baby, 5-year old and an 8-year old. She was great at multi-tasking, keeping the kids entertained and knew how to care for a newborn. My wife trusted her with our kids, and Razia also helped out around the tasks with light housekeeping and cooking. She is very reliable and high-energy. We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a Nanny.

Razia has worked for my family this school year, picking my two girls up after school, taking them to multiple activities, bringing them home for a snack and doing some housework in any time left over. Her young daughter has been with her on these days.

I can't say enough great things about Razia. First, she is very punctual and always gets them where they need to be on time. She is flexible with last minute schedule changes and never rattled when plans change. She is kind and warm with my girls, and they simply love her young daughter, who never causes any problems.

Around the house, Razia has gone above and beyond in helping with housework, helping with tasks I don't even ask her to do. I can't say enough great things about Razia. She is an excellent nanny!
