The CEO of this company is reliable.and understanding of his client's needs. I can only speak well of him. When there was a need, it was taken care of immediately. Anytime I had a problem it was not the firm; I was unhappy with some employee because they couldn't understand me. I have the most highly and most respect for the CEO Mr. Adeniyi.
He was most sincere and concern that was shown for my well being.

I cannot speak highly enough about this firm. The CEO, Nurudeen Adeniyi was attentive to the details of all of my husband's needs, which were numerous. He hired people who attended and cared for my husband with empathy, grace, and continual reassurance. I have engaged other companies in the past and this was by far the best.

This "company" gets 0 stars the owner is VERY UNORGANIZED!!!!

His clients (mostly elderly) are always wondering if/when they are going to have staff, the clients also complained that he sends staff that doesn't speak very good English. He doesn't offer Home Health Services, he is operating a cleaning service. You do nothing but clean the clients homes. He doesn't care about his employees. If you "complain" about being uncomfortable in a home, instead of finding a good fit for both an employee/client he threatens to fire you. For example, I was sent to a home with a client that has a 6ft boa constrictor, because I needed employment at the time I didn't want to "complain" when a suggestion is made he doesn't care to listen, he likes to emphasize the words "I'm your boss" that's the only phrase he seems to communicate. He's VERY UNPREDICTABLE! I was asked to leave a clients home to go to another clients home when he himself could have gone. He threaten me with a HIPPA violation although he called me while I was in the current clients home, knowingly that I couldn't speak openly he continued to carry on threatening my employment if I didn't go to the other clients home, in which I had NEVER had any interaction with previously nor was I provided a care plan for the client that I was refusing to provide service for. I knew nothing about the clients living condition nor was I told what to expect. I arrived and found the house was shared housing with four other men (that weren't clients), under duress I was went to the home with no care plan nor was I provided PPE gear (as usual).After informing the owner that I was not comfortable being the only female in a (known drug and high crime area) and with a resident full of men, he then told me to leave, then several hours later I was sent a text message, Not to return to the company and that I would hear from management, til date I have not received any communication.
