CNA employee did not show up on first-time shift, and family member was without coverage for 4 hours with no back-up. Then for the following day shift, the CNA was sleeping deeply in a chair in the family member's room at 10:30 am.
A staff member from Lya's only monitored him for two shifts, and they will not respond to my request for a refund or partial refund of their $200. fee called Admission.
