I am offering a consulting service for families in search of childcare and education. I have over 20 years as a licensed owner of a childcare center, overseeing the care and education of over 100 children daily. I supervised a staff of over 25 all while maintaining a facility compliant of all regulatory
mandates. I am familiar with developmental strides and intervening to offer suggested referrals when appropriate, some examples are birth to three, public school assessment, special education and individual educational plans. I have been approved by the State of Connecticut as both a Head Teacher (all three endorsements) and Educational Consultant.
I am currently offering a program where I will work with families choosing a childcare arrangement which will meet their individual needs, helping the family adjust to and identify needs while their child begins in the setting then unannounced drop in site visits to monitor their child. I truly enjoy working with children and families in both education and care environments.
