This place wants to be great but it falls very short. I don't know when the place is cleaned because it constantly smells bad. I mean rotten, dead things bad. The employees at the office are sweet and accommodating but the actual caretakers are grumpy and rude, probably as a result of them packing the kids in at an average of 31 children per teacher...the very maximum allowed according to ridiculous state rules. Background checks and experience levels of employees are questionable as well and there is a very high turnover. One employee that works in the infant room looks to be a long-time drug addict. Even if she's not, can we not find healthier looking employees so as not to frighten the parents folks? Perhaps not at the rate you're paying them. I'm giving it two stars only because management does their best to listen to my concerns. Unfortunately, there seems to be an intrinsic problem in the values of whoever owns the place that leave it constantly falling short and the staff unable to keep this sinking ship afloat. My daughter hates it here. She has been begging me to find an alternative. Go to the Jewish Community Center...it's the same price for superior care. That's where we will be.
