Hi! My name is Kristen Shoemaker and I have been a licensed in home daycare provider in Steamboat Springs, CO since 2005. My home is three stories and the first level is specifically for my daycare, with its own entrance, kitchen, eating area, bathroomsand play rooms. I care for children 2 months-8 years of age, watching and helping them grow from an infant to a child. It is a great blessing to be able to do what I do!! I am open from 7:30-5:30 Monday thru Friday. I provide all the food and drinks (excluding children with allergies-then you will need to provide the food), the only thing you would need to bring is diapers and wipes until we begin potty training. I have an 8 passenger vehicle with the proper car seats for children of all ages, already provided for you. We travel to various places here in Steamboat Springs. In the winter we attend gymnastics, the library and dance class. In the summer we go to Steamboat and Stagecoach lakes, Strings summer concerts, the pool and of course the numerous parks in the area.
