The children here are taken CARE of, LOVED, and MONITORED. Kidz Rock ELC prides themselves on seeing every child as a GIFT and not just another kid and that's something I think we can all appreciate. Love this place. Very friendly staff and the place for your child!

Really bad experience! We enrolled our child in august of 2019 and all was well when she was in the infant A class room, the teachers in that room were amazing. After she was moved it was problem after problem in each of her classrooms with promises that things would change but it kept getting worse. From a lack of communication when accidents would happen (my daughter sliced her foot open and no one called or bothered to message me on the app, no apology from the teacher who said oh I noticed it when I saw drops of blood on the floor or I would get an incident report that was dated two weeks old where my daughter had fallen and hit her head to us just having to ask about random scratches, bites or bruises, and those are just a few examples), to her constantly getting sick to the point other parents at my work or friends who work in the child care industry questioned how sanitary the school is. The last three weeks she attended she got a virus, a staph infection on her face and then a stomach flu. She has had three upper respiratory infections, hand foot and mouth, roseola, was hospitalized for two Rotaviruses and that's not counting all the colds and not severe infections in less than a year. I have seen kids steal other kids cups and drink out of them without the teachers paying attention, or toys from mouth to mouth. I would walk in and see teachers playing with their phones and not pay attention to what's going on in the classroom. During the entire covid pandemic they did not require staff or parents to wear masks which made me question if they truly follow CDC guidelines or DCF. Every time I would bring something up to teacher or the admin I would get a fake I'm sorry and was brushed off. Several times she would come home in dirty/soiled clothes, or they would have poop/pee soaked pants or shorts that would be in a plastic bag without being washed or at least rinsed out. My husband came to pick up my daughter early one day and heard her screaming and crying, another student apparently slapped her in the face and no one was comforting her, the main teacher at that time was on break at the front desk on her phone and it took another teacher from the infant A classroom hearing her cries to see what was going on because the class was pretty much unattended at the time. They do not actually care about the children who attend this daycare it seems more like a money racket then a child care facility.

Dear Kidz Rock Team,

I wanted to thank you all for welcoming AJ into the most nourishing environment possible. Your staff welcomed her daily with smiles and truly look after her as if she was your own. I love that I get reports daily about her progress throughout the day. But mostly I wanted to express how much I feel that you are a true ministry.

When I went back to work AJ went to our life long family friend for care. Unfortunately, due to family responsibilities she was unable to watch her any longer. We had one week to find new care. Immediately, we started looking. As most parents know there are waiting lists for most daycares. We started to panic. Thankfully, I was able to get my Mother in Law to come over for a month. Yet that did not seem long enough for the wait lists. But I kept my faith. After multiple days of going to visit daycares we never felt fully confident in a school. In the parking lot of the last tour we thought we had to make a choice between okay schools, my husband said "let me look online one more time". When he did that he found Kidz Rock. We drove over and as soon as we walked it we had that "feeling". After meeting with Kim and her showing the school we both fell in love. We did not even have to discuss between each other in private our thoughts. We both just knew. We asked to see what the wait list would be. Kim took our details and Tamara called us the next day to say they could take her.

Let me speak into this a little more. My husband is not a man of faith. He allows me to raise and teach AJ about my faith as long as it does not involve him. However, if this incident was not a God thing I do not know what is. I know that God was looking out for our family. Even better he involved my husband in the whole thing. I could not be more blessed and happy to have had this happen.

Like I have said before the Teachers and Staff are top notch. They care about the children and the service they provide for the families. Your facility is beautiful and functional. It has a warm and child friendly atmosphere regardless if it is located in the main building or in the portable classrooms.

We are terribly sad about leaving but excited that you will be able to welcome an other family to your beautiful ministry. Please know that I will continue to pray for your success and look forward to continuing to follow your progress. If we ever return to the Central Florida area I will only want my children to be cared for by you.

Thank you for this wonderful time!

Sincerely,

The Plummer Family

I believe this day center is absolutely wonderful. My husband had a very hard time of picking the right daycare. After many tours and facilities, we ended at Kidz Rock. We just knew this was the right fit. Absolutely love Tamara and Kim. The only con about this daycare is the different teachers that come in to watch the kids. In 1 year my daughter has had 3 different teachers, not counting the ones who come in to fill in.
