form a secure relationship with a single care giver who can consistently meets his/her needs. Be actively involved in" real life" activities such as cleaning up messes andnurturing younger children. Your child will also be actively involved in Art, Science, language, math and musical activities. This home does not discriminate by race, religion or nationality. instead , children are exposed to various cultures and abilities in order to foster an appreciation for individual differences. we believe that discipline is a set of management techniques that teach children how to keep their behavior within acceptable limits. we will use guidance and encouragement to promote good behavior. Some of the techniques we use are: Consistent modeling of appropriate behavior. We will set and enforce reasonable standards for appropriate behavior and teach by example. Redirection of inappropriate behavior for appropriate behavior in a clam, matter of fact manner. Children are unable to see the consequences of their actions. let children help with setting behavior limits.
