Soms of the caregivers that come out to the home are concerned about their clients and then you have those that's just in it for the pay. Also some of the supervisors need more training on communication skills, they need to inform all their caregivers information about the care each client needs before they go out to the homes and they need to inform the clients of any changes that involves them, like if someone will be out and if a replacement will be coming..
