Rosalind has experience with assisting clients with daily care, such as taking vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, cauterization, wound care, obtaining specimens, providing intravenous therapy, administering internal feedings, pre and postoperative care, caring for patients with tracheotomies, basic airway management, and CPR for life sustaining assistance. Rosalind firmly believes that all caregivers should understand the necessity of reporting and recording any changes in patient condition. Our team members have been taught that effective communication is mandatory to ensure continuity of care. Rosalind has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and an MBA.<br/> <br/>Sheri Toifel has her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management, six years in the home health field; she has acquired many client assisting skills. Her caregiving specialty is Parkinson’s, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, vascular disease, and clients who are pre and postoperative. Sherri credits the success of our team with two major strengths.
