I have used multiple in home care and private duty companies for my mother who has progressive dementia. The difference with Heart of Grace is the professionalism and overall knowledge they have in dealing with geriatric clients. The staff is quick to address any issues or concerns and the caregivers are clearly selected carefully based on experience and training. I felt very comfortable with the level of service and knowing they were all insured, licensed/bonded employees made me sleep well at night. I would HIGHLY recommend Heart of Grace!
