Harbor Child Care is a 501C 3 not for profit which for 42years has provided early care and learning to children 12 weeks old to 12 years old.
Harbor has six centers in Nassau County, New York and serves approximately 1000 children. The education curriculum is based on the High Scope Cognitive Development Program which is a 40 year research based curriculum generally regard as a leading early childhood educational approach.
Harbor opens from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. five days a week, provides breakfast, snacks, a hot lunch, and is seed and peanut free. Harbor is closed six days a year.
