One of her outstanding accomplishments was that while she was the Administrator of an Assisted Living community facility in Bucks County - PA, Monica due to her expertise as a Certified Dementia Practitioner saw the need to have a Dementia Unit in the community and so she initiated, pursued and completed the process to have the first ever Memory Care Unit opened in Bensalem, Pennsylvania in 2016. She is also a caregiver knowledge expert who has served many clients as a Care Navigator for her home care clients including helping her own dad through his Congestive Heart Failure.
Monica knows what successful aging is and understands the healthcare system, knows the local resources for seniors, the different types and levels of home care/home health services. For distant families, she can serve as a care manager and oversee the entire scope of care for her home care clients and keeps the families informed. Monica, Stella and Amie have been a blessing for our family. We brought my mother home from the assisted living facility, AMA, after 5 months of not walking. Stella and Amie were with her 24/7 for several weeks and took wonderful care of her. She can now walk again and do most of the things she did before her fall. Amie is still assisting her with some tasks and is there for support and companionship. He is like part of our family now. I don't know what we would have done without all the help and support from Gracious Loving Care. We are so thankful to have them. Would definitely recommend them.

From the very beginning it's been a pleasant experience. I'm glad Gracious Loving Home Care was there when I needed them the most. They took great care of my father, who's all but recovered now.. Everybody had been real easy to work, from Monica and her staff to the wonderful aid we had. GLHC has been a blessing.

I had the Pleasure of getting serviced by Gracious loving homecare. I was so sick and not able to care for myself, the staff helped me manage my care. They were caring people truly concerned about my welfare. The initial intake was a smooth process, the owner Monica was very professional and knowledgeable in how to manage my care.
