Friendly Faces Daycare is a small licensed in home daycare. I provide care for no more than 6 children at a time. I am the owner and only person employed. I keep the ratio low so that I can provide more one on one care for each child. Although I have daily activities posted, we don't always exactly follow it. This is because I understand how each child learns and grows at their own developmental level.
The daycare is inside of my home, but has its own room. The backyard is very spacious, fenced in and very private.
I am now a registered participant of Early Achievers, Washington's quality rating and improvement system (QRIS) administered by the Department of Early Learning. As an Early Achievers participant, I am demonstrating my commitment to offering high quality child care and promoting school readiness.
A QRIS is a process for supporting and rewarding child care providers for providing high quality care. I am assigned a rating based on observed quality.
