First Steps Learning Center

First Steps Learning Center, FSLC, is a small family owned business located on Hwy 51 in Ridgeland, MS. We are also located minutes away from County Line Road with high hopes of being listed as a high quality, safe haven childcare center. We are licensed for a maximum of 30 children where each of our classrooms will have ratios below those required by the Mississippi Childcare Division. We take pride in our cleanliness along with our awesome, qualified staff. We require that our staff have a minimum of two years of childcare experience to ensure that our children are in great care. Our open floor layout allows teachers to network, assist and communicate with one another without leaving children unsupervised although each of our classrooms are monitored throughout the day by office staff. FSLC follows a theme based curriculum to make learning fun and easy for our children. We have also incorporated ABCmouse into our older toddlers and preschoolers lesson plans to add to the tons of fun. We offer each of our parents to come by and enjoy a tour of our facility at anything throughout the week. Let the fun begin!
