This program cannot retain staff let alone find quality staff. The administrators of this program cover for the unethical treatment of clients by their staff including but not limited to smoking in the presence of the client and participating in conversation related to sexual experiences with the client. Administration is unaware of what is happening within the agency and covers for one another when a complaint is filed.
