Hello! My name is Erica and I have two children, ages 4 and 10, and also have many years of experience with all ages of children. I spent 8 years at an after school program, teaching ages 5-18. I ended as the Teen Coordinator as I worked myself up overthe years during high school and college. A past Assistant Director of the program is a personal reference as I cared for her children often as well when they were younger. I also have added experience at a daycare and, again, with my own sons. I have a BA in Communications and Professional Writing but have decided to stay home for a few years while my son is younger.
