Elliot's House

I grew up absolutely adoring animals. My grandfather was the curator of mammals at the Philadelphia Zoo and introduced me to the world of animals. Dogs have always had a huge place in my heart. Even when I was a little girl I found out what happenedwhen they go to shelters and I was so upset that I told my dad that I wanted to save all of them and that I was going to move to my own place and have them all live with me. Obviously he said "good luck with that". Providing pet services for dog's I felt would be a great way to help fellow dog lovers and their adorable canines. Having fostered and rescued several dogs myself, I know how much we love them and how we consider them to be members of our families. Elliot is my dog that I rescued in California. He was found on the streets of Compton, quickly put into a high kill shelter but found by a rescue organization and shortly thereafter in my home as a foster. Needless to say, I fell in love with him and absolutely adore him. Elliot's House came around with the thought whenever your dog comes to stay and play, they will feel right at home with us. Everyone on our staff knows how precious and important your pup is and we treat them all as if they were our own.
