My husband and I are pregnant with our first child who is due in October 2023. We are looking for a full-time nanny to start around January 1 although start date is flexible... ideally we are looking for someone who could work with us for years to come as we start to build our family. I work from home although I travel out of town for work on occasion. We are looking for someone who loves kids and has experience nannying, someone who is bilingual (ideally Spanish language) as we would like for our kids to learn a second language, someone who will help us with upkeep of our household including errands, grocery shopping, light meal prep, laundry, etc. Need some flexibility in hours if occasionally need to come earlier or stay later.

My dog (Wynnie) can be shy at first, and sensitive toward other/bigger dogs she doesn't know. She also isn't that used to cats. However, she does like other small dogs ( 20 lbs), so preference will be given to those whose homes have a small dog or no other animals. She'll be happiest with someone who's gentle and patient. Having a fenced-in backyard is a plus, but not required.
